It was a wonderful stay, newly remodelled and relaxing place. The location was good for walking around Century City Mall. The breakfast was extensive, the check in was early. The pool was nice too.

Charged more the same week when I had to beek one extra day after a five day stay In addition, I used an international calling card from the room to call home, but was charged for calls even though minutes were taking off card. Front desk advised me a check up that you cannot use international calling cards when hotel. I asked why did it not say that in room information books under telephone usage, It gives instructhions how to make a long distance call from room, but does not say anything about not using a prepaid international calling card.

24 hour food and drink available. Really friendly staff in restaurant and bar and housekeeping.
Frontdesk staff a bit busy, but still friendly and helpful. Restaurants outside terrasse on 2. Floor= traffic noise.

Not that competitive when it comes to Pricing, breakfast should have been included in the rate I paid. No bar on roof.

The staff was great always had a smile on their faces, and was there to open the door on my going out and coming in. Anything I resquested was done for me promptly. I will definitely use their Hotel again.
The only thing that I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the location. It has both a plus and minus. The plus ist that is just a few walkiing minutes away from the city, and thats a grat place to tour, the minus is that the surrounding buildings and views wasnt that grat, had a develping and poor look to it.
